En milieu naturel, à proximité de toutes commodités, une jolie maison de plain pied (4 chambres à coucher), bien exposée, avec une jolie vue sur la nature environnante. Pas de piscine.
L’entrée se fait dans un hall avec penderie desservant les différentes pièces de la maison.
La cuisine équipée est ouverte sur le séjour et comporte : placards, four à pyrolyse, micro-ondes, 4 plaques vitrocéramiques, hotte aspirante, évier 2 bacs, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur-congélateur.

Du séjour, on accède à une lingerie (lave-linge, sèche-linge) puis à une chambre à coucher (lit en 160 cm), ouverte au nord, avec penderie et salle d’eau (douche, lavabo sur meuble, toilette).

DESCRIPTION:
In the wild, close to all amenities, a nice house of Bungalow (4 bedrooms), well exposed, with a lovely view of the natural landscape. No pool.
Entrance is in a hall closet with serving different parts of the house.
The kitchen is open to the residence and shall include: closets, pyrolysis oven, microwave, 4 hotplates, exhaust hood, 2 ferries sink, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer.
The play opens residence on a covered terrace with unobstructed view. It includes a dining (rectangular table 8 to 10 people) and lounge (2 sofas 2 to 3 seats).
Du stay, we reach a lingerie (washer, dryer) and then to a bedroom (bed 160 cm), open to the north, with closet and bathroom (shower, sink on furniture, toiletries) .
From the entrance hall, a corridor dessert:
A) a separate toilet with washing hands and wardrobe;
B) a bathroom (cauldron on furniture, wardrobe, shower);
C) one-bedroom (2 beds 0.90 cm) is open to the garden;
D) one-bedroom (2 beds 0.90 cm), with wardrobe, open to the east and south of the garden (unobstructed view).
E) a bedroom (bed 160 cm) with garden and bathroom (small bath, basin on furniture, toiletries), opened in the south of the garden (unobstructed view).
