Au sein d’une petite résidence peu éloignée du littoral, une jolie maison jumelée (2 chambres à coucher, 1 chambre d’appoint en extérieur) avec terrasses, jardin aménagé et petite vue mer.
En entrant au rez-de-chaussée, on trouve :

une cuisine américaine semi-séparée comprenant divers rangements ainsi que : évier 1 bac, 4 plaques, 1 hotte aspirante, 1 lave-vaisselle, 1 four, 1 réfrigérateur ;
-
une chambre à coucher (2 lits individuels), avec penderies et salle d’eau (douche, lavabo, toilette), qui s’ouvre sur la terrasse couverte côté est et le jardin.
Et une belle pièce de séjour traversant comprenant :

un coin salle à manger (table 4 à 6 personnes) ouverte sur une terrasse côté ouest ;
-
un coin salon (canapé de 2 à 3 places, 2 fauteuils et 2 bridges en fer forgé) ouvert sur une grande terrasse couverte côté est, avec une petite vue mer.
La grande terrasse couverte côté est sert de salle à manger d’été (table 8 à 10 personnes).
De la pièce de séjour, on accède à un coin bureau en mezzanine (petite vue mer et nature), qui peut servir de couchage d’appoint (1 lit de 0,80 cm), et à une belle chambre à coucher (lit en 160 cm) avec jolie vue mer et nature.
Cette chambre à coucher à l’étage dispose d’une entrée indépendante et d’une salle de bains (lavabo, baignoire, sèche serviette mural, toilette et lave-linge).
En toute indépendance de la maison, une petite chambre d’appoint (lit en 140 cm) avec penderies. Pas de sanitaire. Cette chambre s’ouvre sur le patio d’entrée de la villa.

(a) : eau + électricité + téléphone + nettoyage linge de maison (lavage, repassage ; s’il peut être fourni) + nettoyage de fin de séjour (estimé entre 300 et 500 EUR) + caution
Selon la durée du séjour, une réduction pourrait être envisagée si les clients n’ont besoin que de 2 chambres à coucher et n’utilisent pas la chambre d’appoint indépendante

DESCRIPTION:
Within a few small residence remote shoreline, a nice semi-detached house (2-bedroom, 1 bedroom booster outdoors), with terraces, landscaped garden and small sea view
Upon entering the ground floor are:
-- A semi-open kitchen separated with different storage, as well as: 1 bowl sink, 4 plates, exhaust hood 1, 1 dishwasher, oven 1, 1 refrigerator;
-- One bedroom (2 single beds), with wardrobes and bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), which opens on the east side terrace and the garden.
And a beautiful piece of living through comprising:
-- A dining (table 4 to 6 people) opening onto a terrace west side;
-- A sitting area (sofa 2 to 3 seats, 2 chairs and 2 wrought iron bridges) opened on a large terrace east side, with a small order Wednesday
The large terrace covered east side serves as a summer dining room (table 8 to 10 people).
From the living room, one reaches a corner office on the mezzanine (small ocean and nature), which can serve as a bed (1 bed of 0.80 cm), and a beautiful bedroom (bed 160 cm) with nice view sea and nature.
This bedroom on the second floor has a separate entrance and a bathroom (sink, tub, towel dry wall, toilet and washing machine).
In independently of the house, a small room (bed in 140 cm) with wardrobes. No health. This room opens onto the patio entrance of the villa.
